I we do contact a member, it will be during business hours, we will identify ourselves by first and last name, and under no circumstances will we demand payment with a threat of shutting off your power.
Don't be fooled by a phony caller ID - never return a call to the call-back phone number,, and never provide any payment or personal information to a caller you do not know.
