Prairie Energy offers more payment options in addition to Smart Hub:

Pay Now

Pay Now provides a quick, convenient and streamlined way to pay your bill.  It does not contain all the functionality of SmartHub but does offer an easy way for you to pay your bill online while you are on the go.  No registration required or password to remember.

Pay by Phone - IVR (Interactive Voice Response) 

Call 1-844-241-0265 24/7 to make your payment.  This is an automated system and you will be prompted to choose the option you wish to complete.  You will need to have your account number and can pay by credit/debit or check.  You are not required to create a password or register. 

Drop Box/Mail: Prairie Energy’s offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Payments may be paid directly during business hours or placed in the 24-hour drop-box after hours.

Automatic Payment Plan: Having your bill deducted automatically from your checking account is simple, reliable and it can help you save time and money. There are no checks, stamps or trips. We offer this service free of charge. To sign up call our office or complete and return this form.

Budget Billing: Budget billing permits the member to spread total service costs evenly over 12 months.  You can enroll any month, provided there is no unpaid balance. You MUST have received service from us for a period of 12 months as the monthly budget bill amount is determined by estimating 110% of electric usage and dividing by 12.  Contact our office at 1-800-728-0013 or 1-888-225-8707. Participants will be notified if adjustments are  needed.
